The Real Building Workers Association of Kenya (REBWAK) tackles informal labor and skill shortages in
construction. Through training, certification, Accreditation, and social protection, we aim to transform the
industry. Our motto, “Uniting Strengths, Developing Skills,” reflects our commitment to collaboration, enhancing standards, and improving worker welfare.

To bring together construction workers in the republic of Kenya, for proper harnessing of skills, talents and nurture upcoming artisans for national development.

To develop the capacity of construction workers through holding training workshops in collaboration with government regulatory agencies as well as other relevant private entities to promote professionalism and integrity.
