About us

Uniting strengths.Developing skills.

REBWAK is a construction workers association in Kenya. We bring fundis, artisans and builders together, strengthen skills and encourage professionalism and integrity across the construction sector.

Who we are

A home for every builder and artisan in Kenya

The Real Building Workers Association of Kenya (REBWAK) is a non-political, non-profit-making organisation registered in 2019 under the Societies Act, Cap. 108. We bring construction workers together so their skills, talents and gifts are properly harnessed - and recognised.

REBWAK identifies informal labour and skills gaps as challenges for the construction industry. Our approach includes fundi training, certification and accreditation-related collaboration with the National Construction Authority (NCA) and the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA), worker welfare and social protection.
