How REBWAK handles the information you share with us.
Who we are
The Real Building Workers Association of Kenya (REBWAK) is a non-profit association registered under the Societies Act, Cap. 108. You can reach us at info@rebwak.co.ke or +254 703 275 681.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to send us through the website enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic of your enquiry and your message. If you email or call us, we keep the details you share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to tell you about REBWAK membership, trainings, forums and partnerships where relevant. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-handling service. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.
Keeping and protecting your data
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and to run our membership and programmes, and we take reasonable steps to keep them secure.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to info@rebwak.co.ke and we will respond.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
